Supported the North America Joint Logistics Center Project by supporint administrative and settlement processes and producing logistics trend reports through systematic data collection and analysis.
[Context]
The Global Export Support Project supports Korean small and mid-sized enterprises entering the North American market by providing shared logistics infrastructure and cost‑reduction subsidies. I worked as an operations and analysis assistant, coordinating between participating companies, logistics partners, and the headquarters to ensure smooth program execution.
[Key Contributions]
1. Operational Excellence & Automation (운영 최적화)
- Settlement Process Management: Utilized Excel functions (VLOOKUP, IF,PivotTable) and macros to monitor subsidy usage and monthly expenditures for 450+ companies, ensuring high accuracy and real-time balance tracking.

This image is a sample of the workflow; all internal settlement data and corporate information have been blurred for confidentiality and data protection.
2. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis (데이터 분석)
- Lead Draft Preparation & Data Analysis: Drafted initial contents for quarterly North American logistics reports by synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, focusing on sea/air freight trends and route-level changes.

This report is a public document issued by KOTRA for external use. I participated in the project specifically in the areas of data collection and logistics trend analysis.
- Trend Monitoring: Tracked key supply chain indicators and cost fluctuations by route to provide actionable market insights to participating companies.
3. Issue & Stakeholder Management (관계 관리)
- Primary Inquiry Management: Served as the dedicated point of contact for the official project email channel, resolving daily operational queries for 450+ companies.
- Operational Communication: Streamlined project timelines by managing mass communications for settlement deadlines, document requirements, and logistics report distribution.
- Project Support & Feedback: Assisted in the participant selection process through preliminary interviews and conducted surveys to gather insights for program evaluation.
[Impact]
- Supported approximately 450 participating companies across the program.
