Supported the North America Joint Logistics Center Project by supporint administrative and settlement processes and producing logistics trend reports through systematic data collection and analysis.

[Context]

The Global Export Support Project supports Korean small and mid-sized enterprises entering the North American market by providing shared logistics infrastructure and cost‑reduction subsidies. I worked as an operations and analysis assistant, coordinating between participating companies, logistics partners, and the headquarters to ensure smooth program execution.

1. Operational Excellence & Automation (운영 최적화)

• Settlement Process Management: Utilized Excel functions (VLOOKUP, IF,PivotTable) and macros to monitor subsidy usage and monthly expenditures for 450+ companies, ensuring high accuracy and real-time balance tracking.

This report is a public document issued by KOTRA for external use. I participated in the project specifically in the areas of data collection and logistics trend analysis.

• Primary Inquiry Management: Served as the dedicated point of contact for the official project email channel, resolving daily operational queries for 450+ companies.
• Operational Communication: Streamlined project timelines by managing mass communications for settlement deadlines, document requirements, and logistics report distribution.
• Project Support & Feedback: Assisted in the participant selection process through preliminary interviews and conducted surveys to gather insights for program evaluation.
